Rainbow Amid Clouds

Buqi treatments

Winchester and Eastleigh, Hampshire

Buqi is a gentle healing practice developed by Dr Shen Hongxun, using Tai Chi forces to support the body’s natural ability to rebalance and relax.

A session is a calm, individual experience that can help you release tension, ease feelings of stress and promote a deeper sense of relaxation and wellbeing. You may experience sensations of warmth, movement or release during a session, followed by a feeling of lightness and relaxation.

Sessions can also include simple exercises to support posture, movement and a more positive mindset, helping you continue the benefits of the practice beyond the session.
